We had such fun as Chef Danielle Venter taught us how to do stunning breakfasts at Avillahouse.
Entrée – The Perfect Introduction
Poached eggs, French toast with banana and drizzled with honey, English Muffin and hollandaise sauce, Frittata, Yum

Eggs Benedict – English muffin, rocket, bacon, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce

Frittata – Spanish-style omelette

French toast and grilled banana drizzled with honey
